01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using exch88.app, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any casino or live casino game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Exch88.

Exch88 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Continuing to use the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

02 Eligibility — Who Can Use Exch88

You must meet all of the following conditions to open and use an Exch88 account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Exch88 is strictly an adult entertainment platform. Underage use is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You are registering a personal account for your own individual use, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any such person associated with Exch88 or its partners.
• You are not using the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting or casino gaming is explicitly prohibited. It is your responsibility to determine whether your use is lawful in your location.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or had an account terminated by Exch88.

Exch88 may request proof of age or identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time will result in account suspension until the verification is completed.

03 Account Registration and Security

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on Exch88. Multiple accounts held by the same person — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, Exch88 may close all accounts associated with that individual and withhold any pending balances pending a review.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth, phone number and payment details. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Exch88 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared or failed to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us immediately.

Account Verification

Exch88 may require identity and payment verification before processing withdrawals or at any other point. Verification documents typically include a valid CNIC, proof of the payment method used to deposit, and in some cases a selfie or utility bill. This is a standard process to protect account holders and maintain the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals in PKR

Supported Payment Methods

Exch88 currently supports the following PKR payment channels for deposits and withdrawals:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• Raast — near-instant bank-to-bank transfers
• Bank Transfer (IBFT) — transfers to and from Pakistan commercial bank accounts

All balances on Exch88 are held and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance. The amount shown in your wallet is the amount in PKR.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a different person — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account being suspended. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are shown on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by Exch88 support. Withdrawals require that your account has passed any applicable verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method — JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than IBFT bank transfers. Exch88 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once the withdrawal has been dispatched from our system.

Any withdrawal request must represent genuine winnings or a balance derived from genuine play. Depositing and withdrawing without placing meaningful wagers may be considered bonus abuse or money cycling and can result in the balance being voided.

05 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on Exch88 covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, bilateral series, ICC tournaments, Football, Esports and other events listed in the Sports section. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change before you confirm — the final odds shown on the confirmation screen are the odds that will apply.
• Bets are final once confirmed. Exch88 does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in circumstances where an event is cancelled or voided per the rules below.
• If a match or event is cancelled, abandoned, or declared void before the minimum required play has been completed (as determined by the relevant governing body), bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific cricket rules — such as Duckworth-Lewis adjustments in T20 or ODI matches — will be applied as per the match result declared by the governing body.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the discretion of Exch88. During periods of live play, markets may be suspended temporarily. Bets placed while a market was suspended will be voided.
• Exch88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error or as a result of a technical fault that led to clearly incorrect pricing.
• Maximum bet limits per event or market may apply and are shown at the time of placing the bet. Exch88 reserves the right to limit or restrict betting activity on any account at its discretion.

06 Casino and Live Casino Rules

The Casino section of Exch88 includes slots and table games. The Live Casino section offers real-time dealer games including Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Live Blackjack and live game shows. The following conditions apply:

• All casino and live casino games are provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own published rules and Return to Player (RTP) percentages. These rules are accessible within each game.
• Technical malfunctions in any casino game will void affected rounds. Stakes for voided rounds will be returned to your balance.
• In Live Casino games, the decision of the live dealer and the platform's system is final. No claims will be accepted based on a misreading of cards, numbers, or outcomes by the player.
• Exch88 reserves the right to suspend or remove any casino game at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit a software error, game vulnerability, or technical glitch for financial gain will result in the winnings from that activity being voided and the account being reviewed for suspension.

07 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time Exch88 may offer bonuses, promotions, or free bets to new or existing users. When a bonus or promotion is active, it will come with its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. Those promotion-specific terms apply alongside these general terms.

• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes. Exch88 reserves the right to withdraw or adjust any bonus offer at any time.
• If Exch88 determines that a bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or in violation of promotion terms, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated in the promotion's own terms.
• Exch88 does not guarantee the availability of any specific bonus to any specific user. Promotional eligibility may vary by account.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Exch88. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended and the balance reviewed or withheld pending investigation:

• Opening more than one account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account rule.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any way not available to regular users.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, poker, or any competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults for financial gain.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity or payment method.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial purpose.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Exch88 staff or other users in any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other means to disguise your actual location where such access would otherwise be restricted.

Exch88 reserves the right to determine what constitutes prohibited conduct at its sole discretion and to act accordingly, including account closure and forfeiture of balance where applicable.

09 Responsible Gaming

Exch88 is an entertainment platform for adults aged 18 and over. We take responsible gaming seriously — not as a legal formality, but as a genuine commitment to the wellbeing of players.

• Set a PKR budget for gaming that you are comfortable losing and stick to it. Never play with money you cannot afford to lose.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

Exch88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any clause in these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, money-laundering, or criminal activity.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the account holder or their bank.

If your account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending review. If no breach is found after review, the balance will be returned via the original payment method. Account closure decisions that result from confirmed breach of terms are final.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting Exch88 support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements.

11 Limitation of Liability

Exch88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work to maintain consistent availability and performance, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

Exch88 will not be liable for any loss of winnings, data, or opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or banks.

To the maximum extent permitted, Exch88's total liability to any individual user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the net deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Governing Terms and Contact

These Terms and Conditions are the complete agreement between you and Exch88 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede any prior communications, representations, or agreements.

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that clause will be interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.
